Cancellation & Refund Policy
At AP Tutor, we value your trust and are committed to providing the best possible learning experience. We also understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your sessions. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Class Cancellations by Students
- Students may cancel or reschedule a tutoring session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty
- If a session is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, the session will be considered as completed, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
- For package bookings (multiple sessions), unused sessions remain valid until the package expiry date.
2. Class Cancellations by AP Tutor
- In the rare case that AP Tutor needs to cancel a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the student will receive a full refund for that session.
3. Refund Policy
- Single Session Bookings : Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. A full refund will be issued.
- Package Bookings :
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than one session has been used.
- Once multiple sessions have been attended, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a student does not attend a scheduled session and fails to provide prior notice, the session will be counted as completed, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
5. Technical Issues
- If technical issues on the part of the student prevent attendance, the session will be considered completed.
- If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
