For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", "our" shall mean AP Tutor, operated by Kakumanu Abhijith, with its registered/operational office at Flat No. 311, Orange Block, My Home Rainbow Apartments, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500008.

The terms "you", "your", "user", "student", or "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or enrolling in tutoring sessions, courses, or services offered by us.

  2. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, including cases where the cardholder has exceeded preset limits mutually agreed with the acquiring bank.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
  1. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy (available separately on the website) governs all requests for rescheduling or refunds. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
8. Governing Law
  1. Any dispute arising out of the use of our website, tutoring services, or any engagement with AP Tutor shall be subject to the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
